Volume-VII gives importance to unified understanding of nature. Events in different domains are described in the domain-based language and analysed from system-based constituents having name, form, and form-based properties. For example formation of a molecule in micro domain is described through nature and properties of atoms those combine to form a molecule. The molecules, atoms, nuclei of atoms and electrons have names, different forms and form-based properties. Likewise the formation of compound stars. in macro domain considers the properties of stars, planets and satellites those have names, forms, and form-based properties. The properties of systems in macro domain and micro domain are described in different domain based languages where we lack harmony for a unified understanding. According to this author the universe comprises only mass and space as the basic constituents of the universe. It is obvious that all constituents or constituent of constituents and so on are constituted of mass and space only. Entities such as electric charge in micro domain and different concepts of energies in different domains though appear as fundamental-entities of nature but they are only the properties of mass-space systems in non equilibrium state. Different non-electric charges also exist in systems in different domains other than micro particles. The nature of charge of celestial bodies (celestial charge) and the nature of charge in light particles (photonic charge) etc. have not been conceptualized towards an unified understanding. Any new entity or special property identified in systems of specific domains such as electric charge in micro particles and energy & energy level concept in macro bodies can be introduced in other domains for realizing the unified dynamics for the unity of universe. Similarity of structures and features of systems in different domains of the mass-space universe is quite natural and due to this phenomenon we observe mathematical symmetry of nature and use the same as a tool to understand nature mathematically. All existences irrespective of their domain comprise mass and space. Due to lack of universal perception the matter value of particles in finer domains, such as, light particles (photons) in micro-micro domain, has been ignored and their rest existence is denied. The relativistic mass is a defective concept as discussed by this author in Volume-VI. In reality, systems in any fine domain have existence both in the state of motion and at rest. The light particles when absorbed in the structure of micro particles, they take appropriate position in the structure depending on their energy levels and their energies are zero with respect to the local background. They may be termed as zero energy laden photons in their location at rest but when they are released to inter-particle space the particles exhibit their energy level with respect to the energy level potential of inter particle space. After finding structural similarity between solar system and atomic system the extra-nuclear space structure of micro-micro domain particles can be conceptualized for uniformity of nature. Unless and until the universal significance of matter as mass-space integral system is realized for all domains of nature and for the unity of universe with similarity of structure & features for systems in different domains, any attempts to unify the forces of nature would simply be a failure. To achieve success in realizing the theory of universe we need the right conceptualization of mass-space structures, the pattern of which is common to the structure of solar-system, galactic-system, atomic-system, photonic system and any other particle system in any domain. For such a universal understanding the existing concepts of mass, space, charge, energy etc. are required to be modified in the light of universal significance and the differences existing in atomic theory and that of solar system is to be harmonized. The author has precisely made changes in basic concepts and shown how the universal understanding helps in exploring the unseen domains of nature. It is not possible to evaluate the new concept on the basis of existing concepts because the existing concepts are formulated only with system based local understanding. Drastic differences do appear between system based understanding (present understanding) and the new universal understanding proposed by this author in his series of publication. It has taken nearly 50 years for the author to develop a unified understanding which he has put forward in the series of 7-Volumes. The volumes IV, V, VI and VII are published simultaneously for easy comprehensive understanding of the new concept. It was not possible for me to prepare many figures which could have aided easy understanding. I have an urge to complete the publication during my active life period. Having completed the same I feel very much relaxed. I am sure truth would reveal itself when time matures.
