Dr. Shruti Mohanty is presently Professor of Biochemistry at IMS & SUM Hospital Campus II since May 2024. She earned MBBS degree & MD (Biochemistry) Postgraduation from VSS Medical College, Burla & MKCG Medical college Berhampur, respectively. She has twenty-five years of teaching experience at Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences, Narketpally. She served in various capacity as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor & HOD and Dean at KIMS Narketpally. She has published a book titled “Practical Clinical Biochemistry” with the Jaypee – The Health Sciences Publishers. She has Twenty-nine publications in National & International journals. She was Awarded two years FAIMER Fellowship (Foundation for the Advancement of Medical Education and Research), established by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG), USA in 2008.She is trained in Lab QMS & Internal Audit for clinical laboratories as per ISO – 15189:2012 She is also an Assessor for NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council).
